The Supreme shall hold at the seat of government a term of court commencing on the first Monday in October of each year and may hold such adjourned or special terms as may be necessary.

The Supreme Court as do all Courts put the Cases they intend to hear on a Docket and this is also called the Calendar and they are permitted to take a vacation and interrupt the Docket to hear other Cases at anytime.
